CSCW 2025 will be held in Bergen, Norway on October 18 — 22, 2025.

The early registration deadline for in-person participants is September 2nd September 9th (extended), 2025. The early registration deadline for virtual participants is October 10th, 2025. Based on SIGCHI’s commitment to equity and global inclusivity, CSCW has deeply discounted rates available for those registering in countries designated by ACM as “economically developing.” Countries in Category H receive a discount of 40%, and those in Category I receive a discount of 70%. These discounts are applied at the end of the registration process based on the country in which the registrant resides.
