Accessibility at CSCW2025

We wish to make the CSCW25 program accessible to everyone with disabilities. We have compiled an FAQ (below) to provide information for our attendees with disability-related needs.  If you cannot find the information you need in the FAQ below, please contact the Accessibility Chairs at accessibility2025@cscw.acm.org

Out of respect for people with multiple chemical sensitivities, please refrain from using scented products when attending this event.

How do I communicate accessibility needs to event organizers?
Accessibility needs are best communicated through the conference registration form under the question, “Do you have a disability or special need that requires our awareness?” If you have additional needs that were not specified during the registration process, please contact the Accessibility Chairs, Houda El Mimouni and Valeria Borsotti, as soon as possible at accessibility2025@cscw.acm.org.
