CSCW 2025 will take place at the Grieghallen Conference Center in Bergen, Norway. Bergen is the second-largest city in Norway and can be reached by plane via several major European cities, including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Barcelona, and more.

We have also secured a room block at the nearby Hotel Zander K for days between October 16-23, 2025. The rate for a standard room will be 1650NOK (US$164) per night. The Zander K is an eight-minute walk from the Grieghallen. Because the conference is in the city center, there will be many other hotel options for attendees within a 10-15 minute walk. 

To reserve a room at the Zander K, email booking@zanderk.no and include “ACM/CSCW 2025: Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing Conference” and the confirmation number (272209).  Include your full name, email address, and the number of people in the room. Rooms for 2-3 people can be reserved at 200NOK (US$20) extra per room per night. Payment will be taken at check-in.

There is a limited number of rooms available at the block rate, so book early! Reservations must be made by September 25, 2025 to qualify for the block rate.
