Jul 27 Notify authors of the 1st round outcome for their submissions.      
Aug 27 Revised versions of R&R submissions due.      
Aug-28 Revised submissions are made available to ACs and Externals      
Aug 28~ Sep 7 For Revise & Resubmit submissions that received sufficiently high reviews in the first round: draft acceptance letters.      
Sep 10~24 Review all remaining revised submissions.    
By Sep 24 Write draft Accept / Reject letters.      
Sep 24~Oct 1 Online discussion for any papers where there is no consensus decision. Goal: reach consensus decision for all submissions.
